PSC Pipeline pricing

Priced by the ground you cover

Value comes from regional coverage. Everything else is periphery.

That is why there is no best tier, only the one that matches your footprint. A contractor working two regions and a national business are watching very different pipelines, so they pay differently.

All prices are per year and exclude VAT.

FAQ

How are regions banded?

England and Wales are split into ten: London, the South East, the South West, the East of England, the East Midlands, the West Midlands, the North West, the North East, Yorkshire and the Humber and Wales. Your tier is set by how many of those you take.

What is a research project?

A single organisation deep dive on a target account you nominate. It is scoped and written by hand rather than generated from a template, and delivered as a standalone report covering that organisation's capital programme and what is coming. The point is to let your team position before the work is public.

Is VAT included?

No. All prices are per year and exclude VAT.

Where does your information come from?

Published sources. Capital programmes, committee and board papers, funding announcements and spending plans, all of it in the public domain. We are earlier than planning-led services because we read the documents that come before planning, not because we are working from anything we should not have.

What happens if we take on another region?

Each band covers a set number of regions. If you need more than your band allows, you move to the next one.

How early is early?

We work from capital programmes, board papers, funding announcements and spending plans, which means we see schemes before they reach planning or procurement. The trade-off is that detail on any single scheme is not always complete at that stage. Most clients would rather have an early, imperfect picture they can act on than a complete one that lands after the positioning is settled.

See it against your own patch

A demo runs 45 minutes against the regions and sectors you actually bid in. You see the real pipeline for your patch, not a canned tour.
