5. Linking to our site

You are welcome to link to any page on our site, provided you do so fairly and lawfully, and not in a way that suggests an association with or endorsement by us that does not exist. You must not frame our site within another website.

6. Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, including our client portal and the PSC Research Tool, and to third-party sites for information. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites, and a link is not an endorsement.

7. Accuracy of information

We take care that the information on our site is accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. We give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or current, and you should not rely on it without making your own checks.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, our site or its content, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise. In particular, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts or opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.

9. Viruses and misuse

We take reasonable care to keep our site secure, but we cannot guarantee it is free from viruses. You are responsible for protecting your own systems.

You must not misuse our site by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access to our site, its server or any connected system, or attacking it in any way, including by denial of service. Doing so may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant authorities and co-operate with them, and your right to use our site will end immediately.

10. Acceptable use

You must use our site lawfully, and not for any fraudulent purpose. If you breach these terms, we may suspend or end your use of our site, and take any other action that is lawful and appropriate.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you use our site is the one that applies. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

12. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
